responsibility during the election years is to provide its viewers with
information and forums pertaining to candidates and issues relevant to the
Aurora electorate. Because these programs may contain controversial viewpoints,
KACT-TV has developed the following Policy so that established guidelines will
exist to ensure fairness in the presentation of issues on Channel 8."

viewership survey of some variety since 1985. The survey has always served four
major functions. First to discover the demographics of our viewers in terms of

services our viewers would like to see KACT-TV offer. Finally, the survey serves
as a publicity vehicle to inform potential viewers of our existence."
