Electronic bulletin boards are a specific type of preproduced programming, often referred to as a magazine. The board acts like a magazine on screen. "Pages" provide pieces of information, and each is followed by another page, and so on. Like a magazine, the viewer can get information on anything from starting a small business to employment opportunities to emergency information to upcoming community events.
